Roy Fesmire
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Roy Fesmire has served as vice president and CFO of TASC since February of 1997. He is responsible for all facets of the company's financial operations, including accounting and controllership; internal and external financial reporting; contract negotiation and review; budgeting; financial analysis; internal audit, grantor, and regulatory compliance; risk management; consideration of financing alternatives; and fiscal and operational policy development. Mr. Fesmire is also responsible for TASC's drug testing laboratories; Management Information Systems; human resources and internal training; purchasing; receiving; and facilities management.
Prior to joining TASC, Mr. Fesmire worked for a Big 5 public accounting firm for 11 years as a member of their not-for-profit and financial services audit groups. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Michigan University in 1984 and his Master of Accountancy Science degree from Northern Illinois University in 1986. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1986 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois CPA Society.
