Cicely Bailey, MAT, CADC
Administrator, Court Services for TASC Area 1 (Cook County)
As administrator of TASC’s court services in Cook County, Cicely Bailey promotes client advocacy and ensures the provision of quality, specialized case management services for men and women referred to TASC by the justice system. Ms. Bailey began her career as an elementary school teacher, where she volunteered to teach GED classes for people who had been involved in the justice system, and it was in this work that she became interested in diversion programs for people with substance use disorders. After working as a consultant, she joined TASC in 2009, where she supervised TASC’s court services in Cook County and earned her certification as an alcohol and drug counselor. Ms. Bailey earned her BS in English literature from Eastern Michigan University and her master in the art of teaching from Marygrove College (Detroit, MI).
