An experienced advocate for substance use treatment and mental health services for justice populations, Bridget Kiely has received numerous awards for her contributions as a leader in Winnebago County. Dedicated to TASC's work for 30 years, she has trained and led staff, participated in public hearings, provided education on statutory law and policies, and offered consultation to criminal justice systems on designing and implementing drug courts. Bridget received her BA from Illinois State University.
