Tammie Morris

As director over all of TASC’s Corrections Transitions Programs (CTP) across the state, Tammie Morris leads TASC’s services for individuals being released from identified Illinois Department of Corrections institutions.

Working in collaboration with state partners, a network of community-based service providers, and a team of local TASC administrators, Tammie develops and coordinates program services to ensure quality community reentry services for thousands of clients annually, in furtherance of restoring lives, improving health, reducing recidivism, and assuring accountability.

Tammie brings to TASC more than fifteen years of progressively responsible leadership and program management experience in the areas of reentry housing, behavioral health, managed healthcare, and early childhood education. She previously served as the Deputy Director for Behavioral Health and Social Determinants of Health Programs and Services at HRDI, where she developed business processes, program workflow systems, and funding requirements across seven (7) departments and five (5) diverse service locations in Illinois and Alabama. She has also held director-level positions at St. Leonard’s Ministries and Chicago Commons Head Start. Tammie earned a BA, in organization development and leadership from Loyola University and an MNA (Masters, Nonprofit Administration) from North Park University.
