Clifton Bell, IV

Administrator, TASC Adult Court Services for Area 1 (Cook County)
Email Cliff

As administrator of TASC’s court services in Cook County, Clifton Bell leads TASC’s team that provides assessment and specialized case management services for individuals at pretrial, court, and probation phases of justice involvement. These services are designed to provide alternatives to incarceration and to divert people who have substance use disorders away from the justice system and into treatment and recovery in the community.

A longtime advocate for social justice and individuals with substance use disorders, Cliff oversees the TASC court services staff in all five major criminal courthouses of Cook County (26th & California, Bridgeview, Maywood, Markham, Rolling Meadows, Skokie), plus virtual services countywide. With almost 30 years of experience in social services and behavioral health, Cliff first joined TASC as a case manager for the Day Reporting Center in the 1990s, returning in 2019 to the Drug Deferred Prosecution Program (DDPP) after an interim period working closely with TASC for community-based treatment and community health partners.

Cliff is a licensed ordained minister with a passion for serving people who are underserved and underprivileged.
