With expertise in how to use data to measure and improve public health, Emily Trogolo directs TASC’s performance improvement and evaluation processes. Working closely with TASC's executives, operations leadership, and management information systems (MIS) team, she leads the development and analysis of performance reports and scorecards, file reviews, comparisons of TASC performance against national standards, and assurance of the incorporation of best practices into staff trainings.
Emily earned her BA from Johns Hopkins University and her master of science in public health (MSPH) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
