Community Reentry

Supporting successful returns from incarceration to community

Happy,Couple,Embracing,In,A,Warm,,Loving,Hug,At,Home,

The Community Reentry division is TASC’s statewide network of reentry services dedicated to creating opportunities for people to return home from incarceration with dignity, stability, and support.

Community Reentry uses TASC’s Specialized Case Management™ to help individuals prepare for life after incarceration, addressing both immediate needs and long-term goals. Working inside correctional facilities and in communities across Illinois, we provide connections to health care, public benefits, employment, housing resources, and essential documents such as state IDs and vital records.

By combining accountability with compassion, Community Reentry helps people navigate the path to recovery and independence while strengthening families and communities.
