Illinois Health Practice Alliance (IHPA)

The Illinois Health Practice Alliance (IHPA) was created to improve the integration of behavioral and physical health care in the state of Illinois. TASC is a member partner with IHPA.

TASC offers voluntary community-based medical, dental, and medication assisted recovery through Miles Square Health Centers across the Chicago-Cook County area.

TASC also helps connect clients across Illinois to services that assist with a range of social determinants of health including:

  • Mental health support
  • Substance use services
  • Medical care
  • Access to housing
  • Help with school or employment
  • Transportation to appointments
