Illinois Collaboration On Youth (ICOY)

TASC provides Specialized Case Management for intact families residing in Southern Illinois counties who are affected by substance use disorders and involved with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). 

TASC case managers assist parents engaging in substance use treatment in order to prevent the removal of their children from the home. Case managers advocate for  and assist clients in accessing the tools they need to achieve stability, maintain the family unit and live in more positive, healthy ways.
