Intensive Placement Stabilization (IPS)

TASC provides Specialized Case Management and IPS for youth in care, ages 3-17.5, who’ve experienced three or more placement disruptions within a six-month period.

TASC case managers provide behavioral interventions/support, some crisis interventions and connect youth and foster parents to services ranging from clinical care and family counseling to life skills training and educational or vocational assistance.

We assess the needs and challenges of the entire home unit to ensure that youth have access to the appropriate services they need to achieve stability.
