Email Maureen

As administrator for TASC’s Corrections Transitions Programs (CTP), Maureen Grosenheider oversees TASC's screening and waitlist services for individuals who may need substance use treatment while they are incarcerated within the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC).

In this role, Maureen oversees TASC’s substance use disorder screening services at Reception & Classification (R&C) sites statewide, including Northern R&C, Logan, Graham, and Menard. She also supervises the waitlist program, whereby individuals screened by TASC at Reception & Classification and identified as having a substance use disorder are placed on a waitlist to receive treatment within one of IDOC’s facilities.

Maureen started her career with TASC in October of 2007 as the waitlist supervisor, where, over the next decade, she led the development of comprehensive statewide waitlist system it is today. This includes a database of substance use treatment programs within IDOC statewide, tracking of all vendor substance use treatment programs within IDOC, and assisting correctional facilities statewide with transfers to IDOC’s dedicated substance use treatment programs at Sheridan Correctional Center and Southwestern Illinois Correctional Center.

Maureen earned her BA in sociology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and is certified as an alcohol and drug counselor (CADC).
