Community Resources & Treatment
Connecting people to care, accountability, and lasting recovery
The Community Resources & Treatment division helps people redirect their lives toward health, stability, and recovery. Grounded in TASC’s Specialized Case Management™, CRT connects individuals to services that heal, with dignity and accountability at the center.
Through comprehensive screening and assessment for substance use and mental health needs, CRT ensures that people receive the right care at the right time. We place clients into treatment, monitor progress, and provide the ongoing support needed to sustain recovery and independence.
CRT also offers outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment both virtually and in person at select locations, expanding access to care across Illinois.
Every step of the way, CRT helps people navigate the path to recovery while reducing barriers that keep communities from thriving.
