Providing safe, stable, and affordable homes

TASC’s housing programs provide safe, stable, and affordable homes for individuals with a variety of health needs who are returning from incarceration or at risk of homelessness. By combining housing with coordinated, person-centered support, we help people build stability and move forward with dignity.

Each program integrates wraparound services, including Specialized Case Management™, behavioral health treatment, and life-skills support. This comprehensive approach addresses both immediate housing needs and the underlying factors that affect long-term success.

Grounded in a “housing first, recovery always” philosophy, TASC’s housing programs prioritize access to housing as a foundation for health, recovery, and independence. By addressing housing and health together, we reduce recidivism, support recovery, and strengthen communities across Illinois.
