The Youth & Family Support Services division helps young people and families strengthen their well-being, build resilience, and create healthier relationships. At the heart of this work is TASC’s Specialized Case Management™, which provides individualized support grounded in compassion, accountability, and evidence-based care.
In close partnership with the Illinois Department of Human Services, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, the Cook County Department of Juvenile Probation, and community-based providers, YFS connects families to the right services at the right time.
YFS offers prevention programs, intensive and family-focused case management, community capacity building, and other supports that help individuals and communities heal and thrive.
By addressing both immediate needs and the social drivers of health, YFS empowers families to navigate challenges, access opportunity, and build stronger futures.
